Only warm when turned up not hot as expected

We placed order with an hour and a half notice for delivery at 8pm. The order arrived an hour and a half late, I was lied to when I phoned up that it was on its way when it took another hour. The food is normally very good but we had stale popadoms and under cooked Bombay potato and luke warm curry. Not the usual standard at all and ruined our evening with friends.
Nearly 2hours and no food. Normally foods amazing but this time the service is awful.
