The food was VERY LATE AND COLD and I had to call to check it was on the way. This was cold and had to be re-heated. The food took over 1 hour 30 mins to arrive. It was the first time ordering and I was so disappointed. We did ask for a discount on this and the person delivering it said they would see what they can do. I would appreciate a part refund. I cannot fault the food it was delicious but I would be worried to order again. Please confirm that you can give me some sort of refund. Many thanks
