Dear Moonlight India Team, I hope you’re well. I wanted to share some feedback on our recent order from your restaurant. We ordered the King Prawn Biryani for two, which we were really looking forward to — but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The dish lacked flavour and seasoning, which is unusual for a biryani, and the prawns were not what we expected — they were overcooked and quite mangled in texture. It just didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to hope for from your food. We understand that kitchens can have off nights, but we thought it was worth letting you know as loyal customers who genuinely enjoy good Indian food and usually look forward to meals from you.
